Lauraberth Silva Lima is an independent cultural consultant with over 10 years of experience in education and community engagement in cultural institutions. Lauraberth brings an intersectional lens of health, art, and social justice to consulting practice through interdisciplinary expertise in intergenerational engagement, health equity advocacy, youth development, early childhood education, museum and art education, as well as programming for LGBTQI+/gender non-conforming communities. Laura is also the founder of Cabo Queer and serves on the Board of Directors for Ranja CV, Making Gay History and The Love Yourself Project, NYC.
